Responsibilities:
Drives architecture and design for major components of focused solutions Work with Business and IT leadership to understand vision and translate into solution options and solution roadmaps Present solution and roadmap options with business and IT executives with precise merits and demerits of proposed solution Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices as defined by the team/organization/industry Has an deep and advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture, Integration and SFDC tools Knowledge of SFDC architecture - All Salesforce features - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Encryption, SEcurity, Einstein Analytics etc.
Ability to Translate business requirements into detailed design Contributes to best practice definitions Critically reviews work of other team members Drives delivery of assigned tasks on schedule Expands knowledge of insurance industry and processes/tools Work with Enterprise Architects and BUsiness to drive solutions and end to end architecture Functional Expertise:
Proficient in a variety of business processes/environments such as commercial, auto insurance etc.
Understands large-scale complex system implementation processes and methods.
Proficient with technology-based tools and processes Committed to continuous learning and development Customer service orientation.
Behavioral and Interpersonal:
Consistently meets deadlines Adaptable to frequent change Decision making with limited information in dynamic situations Very strong written/presentation/public speaking skills Naturally demonstrates critical thinking and initiative Managerial:
Leading without line authority Experience and Skills:
