Job Requirements Helpdesk/Tech Support 3 needed immediately to assist in company growth and development. Functional Role: Help Desk III nbsp; Title: Help Desk III Target Salary: 70k-75k Benefits: M/D/V, 401k, EAP, 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 days sick pay, personal day Necessary Requirements Willingness to travel to various locations around the US 5+ years of experience in IT industry Management, Supervisory, or Lead experience of technicians Knowledge of terminal services Windows server and desktop operating systems Core applications/services: RDS, Exchange 2010, SQL, file/print, Windows Server Update Services, Active Directory, VMWare Network troubleshooting of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, firewalls, switches. Hands-on troubleshooting of server hardware related problems such as CPU, RAM, and disk failures. Experience /w Ticketing systems such as Service Now, Manage Engine, or ConnectWise

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
