Works under minimal supervision, typically requires 7
years of experience and leadership experience.
Required Skills:
Experience in leading system analysis and design with various platform and technologies Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Skilled in Object Oriented Programming and have hands-on experience developing enterprise applications Strong understanding of PEGA methodologies (including Agile Scrum).
Experience with full lifecycle PEGA implementations (preferably in PEGA 7).
Understanding of various PEGA Rules Ex:
UI, Activities and Flows, Declaratives, Decision, Validation, Reports, Correspondences Strong understanding of PEGA methodologies (including Agile Scrum).
Experience with full lifecycle PEGA implementations (preferably in PEGA 7).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
