Project Leader - Level 3 support; Team Lead, desktop and server, AD, Group Policy

Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION Looking to hire a Level 3 Helpdesk Administrator to join our client's growing Business Technology and Operations team. The candidate will be a highly skilled third level point of escalation for complex tasks not easily addressed by Help Desk staff. The Level 3 candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure. Will work with customers to implement, troubleshoot and deliver exceptional operational service and improvements in technology. This role will require up to 30% travel. Areas of support and assistance include: -Some networking to support inter-site connectivity, ISP management and network monitoring -Troubleshooting of workstation, server, application infrastructure and business applications -System security including antivirus, system patching, security policies, data backup and integrity -Maintenance of system hardware, images, software updates and warranty status -Respond to escalated support requests via phone and email as defined by service requirements Required skills: Windows desktop / server: Windows 7/10, Server 2008R2, 2012 and 2016 Management, or supervisory, or lead experience of a team of engineers Active Directory, Group Policy Experience/Familiarity with Ticketing systems such as Service Now, Manage Engine, or Connectwise Strong ticketing entry and documentation Remote Desktop Services / Terminal Server Exchange 2010, SQL, file/print, WSUS Network troubleshooting of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, firewalls, switches. Hands-on troubleshooting of server hardware related problems such as CPU, RAM, and disk failures. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
