Go Permits is currently hiring now to fill a permit runner position that offers both flexibility in days worked and hours.
We're looking for individuals with great communication skills, reliable transportation, organized, dependable and enjoy dealing with the public.
No sales, no stress, just fun.
W-2 Position Responsibilities and Duties Working under the direction and support of our wonderful Go Permits Team, you will be required to:
- Print out and complete a permit package along with any additional supporting documentation required to obtain a building permit - Drive to and submit a completed permit package to the building departments throughout the Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties.
- Must have the ability to scan and send a PDF file from your home computer, and or phone while out in the field on all work completed.
- Follow up with submitted permits via online portals daily and or phone calls to the municipalities and enter notes into our database.
- Once the permit is obtained, you will be responsible to email all documentation to our office via a PDF file and then mail the original permit to the homeowner.
Qualifications and Skills - Must have a computer & printer - Great people skills - Reliable transportation - Microsoft office knowledge - Detail oriented - Process driven - No Weekends Required Job Type:
