Our Hospital is seeking a capable Client Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with patients and clients in a fast-pace setting and interacting with the management staff to develop new protocols and help improve work flow.
A successful candidate will need to be passionate about helping patients and their people, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
To Be Considered:
Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred but not required.
Be organized and on time.
Always be driven to improve.
Communicate and collaborate in a cohesive team environment.
Able to function within a busy, stressful work environment in a mature, professional manner.
Love people as much as animals.
Responsibilities:
Prompt and friendly greeting of clients Answering phones, taking messages, and completing all follow-up calls.
Taking pharmacy requests and filling certain medications.
Check patients in and processing payments.
Full working knowledge of ezyVet.
Scheduling appointments.
Entering new client/patient information into ezyVet.
Maintain excellent time management skills.
Provide timely client communication and education regarding various pet services.
Other duties as assigned.
