The Call Center Agent / Scheduling Agent Will:
Make phone calls, emails and text messages to new and existing vendors and others as necessary Monitor case queue and take necessary steps to ensure case assignments are made in accordance with the established processes, procedures and deadlines Key Skills Needed:
Ability & Competence to complete all work in a web based environment Ability to multitask Drive and ability to push through obstacles and complete assigned tasks Perform well under pressure Superior time management Work in an office environment and remotely.
