ABOUT THE ROLE / Embracing our core values and with an eye on our Mission Statement, the IT Manager ensures the optimal operation of Stonefire Grill's IT functions and the systems' alignment with the business objectives of our organization.
The IT Manager plans, coordinates, directs, and designs IT-related activities of Stonefire Grill, as well as provides direction and support for daily operational activities of the restaurants.
The IT Manager works closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
The IT Manager will also ensure all systems and users adhere to the Company's IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
This position has partnership relationships with the Stonefire Grill Leadership Team and reports to the Asst.
Director, Information Technology.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIESEnsures 99.
9999% uptime of all Company IT systems by engaging third-party vendor relationships and deploying clear IT troubleshooting and ticketing process to the internal teams.
Monitors and reports on the uptime of all critical systems.
Identifies issues and trends and recommends solutions to optimize uptime.
Supports restaurant, office, and remote users with all IT issues.
Ensures issues are resolved timely, per IT response policy, and escalates trouble tickets to vendors as necessary.
Maintains server, network, and all IT infrastructure for the Company's restaurants and Home Office.
Troubleshoots systems, remotely or on-site, as needed when issues arise.
Maintains current maps, training, and troubleshooting documentation for all IT and network equipment to assist with end-user training/troubleshooting and compliance needs.
Participates in Stonefire Grill's IT operational planning.
Including innovating, planning projects, organizing the allocation of resources, and executing the plan.
Effectively communicates status and plans surrounding open issues and projects to Company management and end-users.
Manages the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals and office automation equipment.
Benchmarks, analyzes, reports on, and makes recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
Oversees provision of end-user services, including all help resources and technical support services.
Keeps current with the latest technologies.
Adheres to all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, and disaster recovery, standards, purchasing and service provision.
And ensures all Company users adhere to the Company's IT policies and procedures.
Establishes and maintains regular written and in-person communications with Stonefire Grill's leadership team, department heads and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.

QUALIFICATIONS3 - 5
years managing the IT of a high-growth organization.
Preference given to startup and new unit-opening experience.
Certification related IT disciplines are preferred.
Experience creating and driving organizational change.
Understanding of the Microsoft 365 service and suite of applications and how to administer them on behalf of end-users.
Proficient understanding of Microsoft-based systems, including Active Directory, DNS, DHP, Group Policy, Windows operating systems (workstation & server), backup and disaster recovery plans.
Proficient understanding of network infrastructure.
Implementation and support of wired and wireless LAN design, including VLANs.
Strong knowledge of security best practices, including firewall, anti-virus/malware, patching, permissions, and password management.
Experience in multi-unit Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and/or Retail organization highly preferred.
BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.

Frequent weekly travel throughout Southern California and beyond as the brand grows.
Must possess and maintain an excellent driving record and a reliable vehicle.
