We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Agoura Hills Office.
A qualified applicant will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work Monday - Friday 10 am - 4 pm , and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
Job duties include:
Schedule and confirm appointments Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls Customer Service Manage sales reps schedules Achieve weekly and monthly quotas We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities.
