We are currently collaborating with a distinguished Christian Faith-based non-profit organization in their quest for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
We are seeking an exceptional individual who will take charge of the accounting department's operations and contribute to the design of an organizational structure that aligns with our team's objectives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our executives to establish and maintain robust accounting policies.
This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary ranging from $215,000 to $225,000 annually.
Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee cash flow management, treasury investments, growth strategies, and reserves.
Implement risk management policies and controls, and authorize all legal agreements.
Actively participate in the Investment Committee, ensuring compliance with the Investment Policy Statement.
Deliver comprehensive quarterly financial reports to the Board of Directors, including insightful projections for future goals.
Qualifications:
Strong alignment with the Christian Faith-based mission and values of the organization.
A minimum of 10 years of experience serving as a CFO within the non-profit sector.
CPA or MBA credentials are highly desired.
Proficiency in GAAP, with practical knowledge of Sage Intacct preferred.
Salary Range:
$215,000 to $225,000 per year.
