Role Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Vice President by providing efficient, timely, and effective administrative assistance.
From managing schedules to coordinating travel arrangements and fostering key relationships, you will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth operation of our ministry's endeavors.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements for ministry-related engagements and speaking events.
Prepare and track expense reports with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist in drafting letters, editing speeches, and preparing presentations as needed.
Anticipate and address the needs of the SVP, including background information for meetings and setting up necessary equipment.
Act as a liaison to guests, ensuring a hospitable and professional experience.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate correspondence and foster relationships, especially with donors.
Host meetings, plan luncheons, and coordinate special events as requested.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
Strong commitment to the mission and values of our organization, including a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

years of executive assistant experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a diplomatic approach.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Understanding of Christian ministry, particularly related to disability advocacy, is desirable.
Compensation:
Annual salary range:
$66,560 - $69,000 (exempt position).

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
