Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
Candidates MUST have prior 'direct response' or 'lead generation' experience with a high-volume call center that's focused on outbound appointment-setting.
Job duties include:
o Schedule and confirm appointmentso Hire, train and manage Call Center Representativeso Answer inbound calls and make outbound callso Customer Serviceo Manage sales reps scheduleso Achieve weekly and monthly quotas

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
