Deburr Technician
Location:
Calabasas, California, 91302Industry:
ManufacturingFiling, hand scraping, abrasive burr, mechanical polish, and pen grinding.
Ability to use a Microscope with a MonitorVisual Scan/Inspect parts for conformity to specifications.
Polish and buff parts as needed.
Read, understand, and interpret Blueprint drawings.
Wash Daily production parts using Vapor Degreaser safety procedures.
Must have the mechanical ability to learn and repeat processes with proficiency.
Must be apt to learn and utilize production work orders, documents, drawings, specifications, and written or oral instructions to perform tasks necessary to meet production requirements.
Ability to do repetitive work.
Ensure that part count matches quantity on Job travelers and in the ERP system.
Follow all OSHA safety guidelines, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.
The position will be based out of Calabasas, California.

Personal Competencies Must display attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and react to project changes.
Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight or direction.
Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills, including basic shop math.
Social Competencies Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
Professional Competencies Ability to communicate, speak and write, effectively in English.
This is an in-office position based out of Calabasas, CA.
