Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
collections; coordinating maintenance calls and both property and tenant related improvement projects; vendor and tenant relations; abstract of leases; upkeep of tenant/vendor insurance certificates; lease modifications/renewals; some phones.
Experience with basic Property Management Accounting (including CAM preparation, etc.
).
The individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Working knowledge of Yardi software is preferred, but not required.
